We had the mixed fruit cream croissant (straw/blue), cookie bottle cake, matcha puff Pac-Man, and the coconut cream latte with oat milk. The matcha Pac-Man was alright, but I think it would be better with a sweeter roll or sweeter matcha cream. (Personal opinion) We didn't get to take one of the fruit croissants home with us, we ate both of them. (Yummm) The hot lattes are hotttttttttt (requested a little cup of ice). Delicious AF, though. The bottle cake - exquisite. The atmosphere is chattery but not loud. The music is easier to hear in the front end, but in the dining it can be hard to hear when it's busy. Overall, lovely place, will come back and recommend to friends.

"Returning to Ann Arbor Coffee Roasting for the second time was a delightful experience. Having savored the Coconut Cream Latte on my previous visit, it was a must-order this time, and once again, it didn't disappoint—I fell in love with its rich flavors all over again. The spacious layout catering to students makes it a comfortable choice, and the warm atmosphere enhances the overall appeal. The ease of ordering added to the positive vibe of the place. A definite go-to spot in Ann Arbor for coffee enthusiasts seeking a cozy and welcoming environment."

I’ve been here many times since I attend the University of Michigan, and I haven’t once had a bad experience. The staff is nice and baristas do a good job and even made me surprise drinks in the past. I totally recommend the New Orleans Iced Coffee, it’s my favorite. Would recommend for anyone visiting or who lives here.

The staff is super kind. The coffee is actually good. Like many other place in Ann Arbor, this is a good alternative to the big brand. The atmosphere is really nice and totally contrast with Espresso Royal. A very good spot in that corner of the campus.

They made me a really tasty, high quality double espresso - best I’ve found in the area so far. Service was fast considering how busy they were, and staff was all friendly.

Downtown easy to reach coffee place for when you come to U of M. Plenty of spaces to sit and talk/work from. Have a nice functional toilet.
